You'll always know when I don't blog that I'm eating rings around me.... haha maybe not.... I just haven't been gymming it like I should, thankfully my 'diet' is ok.... boozing has needed to be reigned in too, I literally am Barney from the Simpsons once a drop passes my lips... not good...
also, I suffer with a stress rash, that seems to be aggravated by yeast too, and I find now that when I'm doing good, eating clean, the rash just disappears, crazy...
if that's not encouragement to hit the straight and narrow, then I don't know what is..
