A little sleepy this morning, but I find I do my best reflecting and thinking when I'm like this.
I am gymming it more regularly now, eating less and less junk, cut beer out of my diet completely and getting more and more water into me.
My first obsession when I was in the gym was losing weight, but I think that just comes hand in hand with eating well and exercising.
It's about my energy levels now and definition.
I can see positives in both, and will keep going and going.... all I've ever wanted was the gym to be part of my routine and it certainly is now...
