55 minutes hill climbing
1 minute planking
50 dumbbell curls
that was my Tuesday.....
throw in about an hours walking in all that...
I am sore today but will do it all again...

Weekend weaknesses
I do find it hard to blog every day, so I think I'm resigned to making it a weekly thing... it's not that I don't have much to say, the total opposite... it's just finding the time..
This week has been a good one, eating really well, in the gym three evenings this week and have done my challenge every week... squats and planking position... getting harder every day but you have to test yourself..
nothing in life is easy...
The weekend is tricky, as I'm out of my work routinte, but will do the challenege and eat right and do as much walking as I can... when you move, so does your body..... you go think about that one..
