Anyone that knows me, knows I've a lot to say, about absolutely everything.....
but I do love to listen, and I've been watching as many clips on eating, fitness and the body as much as I can.
One really good tip I've picked up recently (most people already know this) is to put down your fork mid meal, sounds simple, but it genuinely works, as hungry as you can be starting lunch/dinner or even breakfast, by doing this, will leave you feeling fuller for longer...
I'm the biggest foodie and hungah, so it took some doing...
try it..
also, I got one of those step/sleep trackers, I am one of the worst sleepers, so it's been interesting to see how bad I actually am, it even tells you how long you've been in a deep and light sleep for...... quite scary when it tells you, you were in a deep sleep for just an hour......
it's no wonder I love coffee so much
