Wow, two months since my last post...
so in that time, have upped my gym game.... started low impact HIIT's and have been going the gym in the morning's and most evenings too, obviously allowing for rest in between.
Have kept a mainly high protein eating regime, with some (good carbs) for pre and post work out.....
my energy levels are certainly on the rise which is great.
I've also started taking a dose of Vitamin D for my psoriasis, the relief of knowing it is slowly going beats all of the above, it's my own fault for letting it go as far as it did... the usual Irish ignorance I guess...
have been on hols to the States to see Fionnuala's brother get married to his now wife Abby, a great time was had, was hard to be out of my usual eating and exercise routine...didn't take long to be back into it though, my body and head certainly needed that break away though.
overall I am feeling even better than I was 2 months ago, my body is leaner, (well I think it is haha) my energy levels are up, my appetite for getting to where I want to be is at it's maximum too and I just need to keep that in check.
Have so much coming up that I am trying to be mindful of getting the food and exercise in check so I can enjoy myself as much as possible
